Since the left obviously consider both to be extraordinary successes, you must wonder what the true larger end goal is that these "successes" are leading to. It has to be much larger than just a bigger voter base since many of the current issues seem to be world wide.

I remember you wrote about that. I think that generates the hate of Trump. After the hate is established, they have to legitimize it so they have an agenda that they have to start confirming. Thus they see Biden as doing good things so they won't have to admit that they were stupid to have voted for him. Confirmation bias!
