Negligent Homicide or Criminal Homicide

For a crime to be considered negligent homicide, the prosecution must prove that the one causing the death of another person had no intention to kill

For a crime to be considered criminal homicide implies that the perpetrator failed to recognize a substantial and unjustifiable risk of causing the death of another person; a type of risk which a reasonable person would not have taken.

So what raises the degree of negligence from civil liability to criminal liability is when you act in an extremely unreasonable way. This is called criminal negligence or gross negligence.

The question raised for those responsible for leaving behind those Americans and the Afghans who fought by our side who may die at the hands of the Taliban is: Can the indirect homicide of those left behind be considered negligent (a mistake) or criminal (deliberate)?

How will the Democrat leadership be held to account for this debacle or will it just be swept under the rug?

The Democrats want to “erase history” especially the history of their failed policies related to the evacuation efforts in Afghanistan because the history of this debacle is criminal!

It will simply be ignored, just as Cuomo's mass murder of nursing home residents was.

The Democrats want to erase history because their history is evil and they don’t want those failed policies connected with their legacy.

Your facts are correct. This situation has been adjudicated probably more times than most statutes because of the death penalty being involved n so many states for so long.

The problem with the current situation is that any current law does not apply to liberal/leftist/ communists, elected, appointed, paid employees, or liberal/leftist/communists billionaires supporting the government scum.

Where I live putting the dogs in the peril Biden did would get one a helluva prison sentence & the trial would last about 30 minutes. Needless to say, we are not “woke”, woke up this morning to feed the animals, feed ourselves, & work like demons to get hay out of the fields before the storms.

My Grandfather & Father always told me, “Animals know more about humans than humans do. If your dog gets between you and a visitor, don’t second guess the dog.” I did one time in my life & it almost got me killed.

Anyone who would leave those dogs knowing what Muslims do to them should be drawn & quartered. Empty planes left & not a damn soul cared enough to load the dogs.

Maybe the scum running all this think they can buy the people out but care nothing about the dogs. I have news for them, it is not going to happen.

It was Biden’s job and that of his cabinet to do everything possible to rescue all Americans, all of our allies and those Afghan citizens or otherwise guarantee their safety. He and his top cabinet members and press Secretary chose rather than save these lives to go on vacation along with many of those in Congress during the summer recess.

This is gross negligence and a dereliction of duty. When asked the hard questions, President Biden simply turned his back on the press and walked away!

The nursing home murders should be fully investigated
The Afghanistan killings could be considered casualties of war or collateral damage as much as that sucks. That's reality.

WHO, IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, WOULD PUT THE ENEMY IN CHARGE OF THEIR SECURITY? The loss of Bagram Airport is the answer. They had the intel about a possible attack. This was a criminal homicide, but they won't get charged until the GOP has control of the Congress.
