The matrix decodes the placement of the markings and reveals the precise identity of the printer by serial number along with the exact date and time the document was printed.

Capt, You still make no sense. The educational system in this country is run by local school board members that are elected by the people of that county. They do so in order under the goals and objectives of the state. Teachers must teach according to that curriculum, in order to prepare students to take state wide tests. You make outrageous claims without any evidence, or suggestions.
I believe that the system must be improved. For one thing, I would add more courses in US history and other courses in liberal arts, vocational ed., and math and sciences. It's high time we added either another year of high school, or a summer session or two of summer school.

Salt, you say extremely little I agree with but the improvements in education you suggest work for me. The next thing is to get the teachers union out of education and eliminate “tenure” for college professors so the people who pay their salary (students and parents) have more say in what they teach.
