Wisconsin Lawmaker Calls for ‘Full Forensic Audit’ After Georgia, Arizona Updates

Delay of audits, the integrity of these audits are difficult to achieve, though most if not all of the frauds could be uncovered. But not all.

The reasons for that is the audit timing. Audit should have been done right after tally of the ballots, and as soon as massive fraud was suspected.
With late audits, evidences have been tampered and hidden. Audits are verifications of the original source documents, or instruments, but those documents or instruments used could be tainted already to hide their crimes. Computer programs are recalibrated to change results.

One of the effective processes which I would suggest to Congress is using consistent ID numbers that could be reconciled between the total County records of registrants and the ballots cast by all voters in every county. In every ballot the County registration must be printed or written. Those are easy to reconcile. A computer program could be prepared to reconcile all County registrants with all ballots they cast in every county. Both systems need to have the total lists of the voters who registered and total list of voters who voted in that county.

There are more than 3,006 counties in the US. But if these systems procedure is set up, every election, this will facilitate identifications of fraud. Duplicates are easy to identify, and none registered, or none citizens are easy to identify.

This is just one of the procedures that need to be implemented but there are various ways that election fraud could be created. Thru reconciliation, further reviews are facilitated for complete integrity of the results.

Wisconsin Lawmaker Calls for ‘Full Forensic Audit’ After Georgia, Arizona Updates

BY ZACHARY STIEBER July 17, 2021 Updated: July 17, 2021
A Wisconsin representative on Friday said 2020 election reviews being done in the state should be expanded into a “full forensic audit” following alleged irregularities being revealed in Arizona and Georgia.

State Rep. Timothy Ramthun, a Republican, formally requested “a more comprehensive audit” from former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who is leading a conducting a review of the election at the behest of Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos along with retired police officers, and the Legislative Audit Bureau, which lawmakers authorized earlier this year to investigate the election.

Vos and the audit bureau did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Ramthun is pushing for the forensic audit after reviewing recently released information from two counties.

An election integrity group presented ballot images this week they said show “provable fraud” occurred in the 2020 hand count audit in Fulton County, Georgia. Additionally, the county double-scanned nearly 200 ballots.

Auditors conducting a forensic audit in Arizona’s largest county, meanwhile said during a hearing on Thursday that they uncovered major concerns about some 100,000 ballots. The auditors are seeking more items, including splunk logs, from Maricopa County officials, who vigorously contest the irregularity claims.

“It is vital to our democratic process that the Wisconsin Legislature acknowledges the alarming information that threatens the very fabric of our society,” Ramthun said.

“In order to preserve our God-given rights and ensure that citizens can have confidence in the integrity of our elections, I am requesting it be added to the scope of the Wisconsin audit to” inspect paper mail-in ballots in Wisconsin’s 5th Congressional District, review the digital files of ballots to make sure no double-scanning occurred, and thoroughly examine cybersecurity aspects of election equipment to make sure no tampering took place.

“If any of these indicators are found, these ballots should be separated from the official ballots, and a chain of custody/investigation into the origin of any fraudulent ballots should take place. All fraudulent ballots should not be counted,” Ramthun said.

He said it is crucial that lawmakers in Wisconsin acknowledge the evidence put forth in Arizona and Georgia and alleged everyone would benefit from an audit because it could support claims that the election was run securely.

Democrats in Wisconsin, including Ann Jacobs, the head of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, have voiced opposition to the GOP-ordered election reviews.

“Republicans seem to be making a concerted effort … to undermine the public’s confidence and trust,” Wisconsin Assembly Minority Leader Gordon Hintz told reporters earlier this year.

President Joe Biden, a Democrat, won Wisconsin by about 20,680 votes over former President Donald Trump. Biden gained dozens of votes in a partial recount that was done after the election. Wisconsin Republicans control both chambers of the state legislature, while Democrats control the governor’s mansion.

Shouldn't we have a "full forensic audit" in every state? Lets start in Texas and find out why, if Democrats could so easily cheat in other states, they couldn't cheat in Texas?

There was no suspicion of massive election fraud in Texas.

The most suspected states were Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia.

Though no massive fraud was suspected in Texas, radical DIMS could do forensic audit as well. But I think they are wasting their time and our tax money.

cannot America..."Just cut to the chase"....Demp the previous *election results..{ we "KNOW", are *bogus}...& hold an honest election? Would save much time, & angst....

No you say? This time, the polls would be supervised by the *camera, & "both sides", to witness any election irregularities...to the last minute of the counting process!

First, mail -in ballots must not be allowed. Except the absentee ballots. ID numbers must be required for voting.

I suppose they must have installed cameras to fully obtain pictures as soon as ballots are received on the date and time of the deadline. Cameras must continue during the processing and machine counting. It is not very difficult to set up security control of the Dominion machine. All machines must already be programed to do the accurate count, Ensure that machine programs could not be altered and keep security of the PW.

Ballot harvesting must not be allowed.
All ballots must be accounted for by the date and time of deadline. Late ballots must not be included in the count.

I have an idea about procedures and control to minimize errors or fraud, and to facilitate count that is accurate. I'll write them, but who do I trust to send it to Congress? I think I'll send it to Jim Jordan, or Jim Banks, two of my trusted Congressmen. I want assertive and very smart Speaker of the House if GOP wins hopefully in 2022.

And I think senator McConnell must retire. We need a new assertive, agreesive, and very smart leaders both at the Senate and at the House.

Joe Biden has been buying votes with our tax money. The $3.5 trillion is one of that. For family redistributions, including milleninnials. The LIBS are luring them by giving our hard earned money, so that they vote for the DIMS in 2022.
