Well if true then lets hope they fitch the Dominion machines all together and require each state to use one particular voting machine that is monitored during any elections.. Certified by say a Price Waterhouse before and after the voted are called and before the electorate votes!!
Even if stolen there is no president in how you would recall a Presidential election and it simply will not happen.. But it will do is make it harder for it to happen next time around because everybody will be watching! And I also believe no paper ballot should be altered or destroyed at any time for two years!
