“Sheriff Mack Explains How He Would Handle Mask Orders If He Was A Police Officer Called To A Grocery Store”

Transcript:

It was a horrible situation where about five, six, maybe seven deputies of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office arrested a lady who refused to put a mask on.

And I don’t know all the particulars, because the deputy that sent me the press release about this. The press release said that they were inside were asked to wear a mask, they wouldn’t. And so the store manager arrested her for trespassing, and even warned her that she’d be arrested for trespassing.

So regardless of which way I feel on all of this, none of this should have happened.

The deputy should not have been wasting their time on this.

And I’m really disappointed in Sheriff Bianco for allowing this arrest. And they’ve tried to excuse it, saying that she was not arrested for not wearing a mask.

Well, yeah, there’s no such law. So they arrested her for trespassing. And so I compared it to Rosa Parks all the way.

You know, this is just ridiculously similar to Rosa Parks, Rosa Parks, stood against stupid law.

These ladies at Family Dollar stood against stupid law. Edmund Burke said, “the essence of tyranny is the enforcement of stupid laws.” And I totally agree with that. And and I’m just ashamed of any police officer that could be enforcing these stupid pandemic mandates and executive orders.

They’re not law, and even if they were my good friends, I think most of you know me well enough. Even if the legislature passed them and under the color of law, they don’t have law, they’re not law, even then they are what the founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence says. And I challenge any of you to look this up.

Pretend legislation. That anything that violates the principles of liberty, and isn’t properly promulgated, and following the rightful authority of a legislative body to make a law, then that law is no law at all and is of no force.

You could also refer to Marbury vs. Madison with that and also refer to Miranda vs. Arizona.

But we’re trying to get ahold of Sheriff Bianco and see if he’ll meet with us.

And I will tell all of you that my Win Win policy if I was the sheriff for that time, I would have had the deputies simply ask the store manager.

“Can all of you just do social distancing?” And “Ma’am, how long do you need to be in there to buy whatever you were going to buy when you came here in the first place?”

She says, “Two minutes, I just need whatever, okay?”

I said,

“Okay, store manager, we’re going to give her three minutes to go in there with a friend. They don’t have to wear masks for those three minutes, keep everybody else away from them. Do social distancing. They promise to stay away. We’re not going to force them or arrest them for not wearing a mask. And we’re going to let them get the stuff they need and be on their way and be about their business.”

That’s what I would have liked to have done, if I had been the sheriff that day.

Look.all you Coviditiots out there, we have an epidemic. If you wear a mask, you do three things. You prevent yourself from spreading disease. You prevent someone else from spreading disease to you. You make it so that if you are infected, you get a smaller dose of the virus, which can lead to a milder case. FYI Arizona had 625 new cases on July 8. The Delta virus is more virulent than the viruses that were circulating a few weeks ago. So, if you are required to do so, protect yourself and other people. Be sensible. This minor inconvenience of mask wearing will not last forever.

If I own a store, and have signs clearly stating that you will wear a mask inside if you want to enter (your choice), and you refuse you will be removed and I would press charges.

This is a free country, don't go into someone's store or establishment if you don't want to comply with their rules.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! Masks are useless. Social distancing and washing your hands frequently are the best methods of avoiding infection - especially if you've been out shopping.
Anyway, the COVID virus is 99% curable. Some people never knew they had it. It's the COVID "vaccines" that are a danger because, if they don't kill you, they'll cripple you in some way.

I wouldn't shop at your store and I would encourage my friends not to shop there, either.

Talk is cheap. My guess is you'll probably never risk your own $$$ to own a store & have to deal with the public.

I always wanted a business where I didn't have to deal with customers. Guess I should've become a lawyer.

Quite right! The only reason to wear a mask is because the store you want to shop at requires it. Otherwise, masks are detrimental to your oxygen level and should not be worn.

Every hear of OSHA? Go to their website and see what this alphabet agency has to say about masks. More than 90% of them are totally useless. Can you breathe through it? Those nasty little bugs can slip right past also. You ARE aware that a little over forty percent of the deaths from COVID occurred in nursing homes, and that almost every death had at least one other contributing factor. For a long time here in my county we had one COVID death, an 89 year old nursing home resident who was already a terminal cardiac patient.
Here in GA we have over 2 million kids 16 and under. They don't wear masks, even when school was closed, they were constantly playing ball, wrestling around like kids do, running out of each others' houses. Three died of COVID. Four more from complicating factors. Out of 2 million. Give me a break. The survival rate for people under 70 is 99 plus percent. Hardly anyone here bothers with a mask anymore. Restaurants are open. Stores are open. No one is wearing a mask. The only place you have to wear one is the doctor's office, and there are lots of illnesses besides COVID in those places.
Bleat, sheep, bleat.

My wife and I had a small business. We would never have dreamt of asking our customers to mask up unless they just wanted to. (We also had a sign that said concealed carry was encouraged.) Unlike some people, we realize that criminals don't obey no guns signs, so we promoted it.
