It's all they know. I would agree that pot isn't a performance enhancing drug but my goodness, why not make that argument and leave race out of it?

CH, I don't what to make of this rule. I occasionally smoke pot, and I can assure you it is not a performance enhancing drug, unless you are eating to gain weight.
