That speedy trial went out the window with the "Patriot Act" along with most of the rest of our rights.

You have bought in to the big lie. Lots of conservative Republicans have refused to buy into this nonsense. The only thing you need know about Trump is that he doesn't give a damn about the people of this country or anything else including the constitution, but his own financial and political welfare. He has already violated the constitution numerous times by using the office of the presidency to enrich himself. He even charged a fortune for rooming the Secret Service in any property he owns while they are guarding him.
I have no doubt whatsoever that Donald Trump will be serving time for tax fraud, and bank fraud. Probably are a lot more charges coming up. Too bad he won't spend the time in prison that an ordinary citizen would for the crimes he committed. The rich and well connected never do!
