Gasoline tax is a constant. The price of gasoline is what is above the tax and that is the part that is in flux. One cannot complain about gasoline tax because it is what is supposed to pay the cost of highway repair. Of course the new cars with greater gas mileage are not now paying their share as we watch the highways crumble.

Of course the pipeline shutdown and the cancellation of leases on govt. land is being priced into the oil industry. Oil futures are sold on the world market and much of the price of gasoline follows these forecasts. Another lie or two from roy. Maybe just plain ignorance. I did complain when Trump spent with out cutting government programs. Just so you know the Federal Government took in more revenue during Trumps four years than any other. Square that with tax cuts raising the debt. Much of those tax breaks went to everyone. Easy to research. By the way those corporations are Biden and the Democrats buddies much more than Trump.
