My brain must work a little differently . . . because this could be interpreted as a sanction that darker skinned people are not as valuable as lighter skinned people. I don't understand how this is a stance in support of anti-discrimination. I must agree though--the whole world is spinning on its top, when countries do stupid stuff like this.

Don't worry Auntie, I had to read it twice also.
That's the point of the insanity of Lefty thinking.
The article implies that the lower value of darker stamps with the higher value of lighter stamps is to remind people that there is racism, and therefore to somehow reduce it.
However the literal interpretation is that dark is less than light. I would call that a public statement by the Spanish Govt. , that light is better than dark.

Yep. Especially MLK. I believe the bleeding heart progressives always thought it better to use race to promote their own causes then the welfare of the minority races.

Meanwhile we have a trump appointed Post master that is decimating the postal service in an effort to head into privatization. The DOJ needs to lock him up for destroying tens of millions worth of sorting equipment
