That is all he has Bigmac. As a civilian, I can only say innocent until proven guilty. I've heard what the military guys are saying about him. I heard interviews today with guys who were there when he left. They have him convicted of dessertion. That is their right to say. All I know is it doesn't look good in my mind. Matter of fact: The whole situation stinks to high heaven in my mind. And I know I'm not alone in that.

If the man is a deserter put him on trial and present the evidence. If it is proven boys need a doubt execute him. In the mean time the move was backed by the defense Department. The administration didn't negotiate with terriorist the exchange was arranged by Qatar. The men released from Gitmo. Weren't al-Qaeda they were Taliban their crimes as it were against the Afghanistan people. A civil war was fought after the Soviets wrere driven out and the taliban won

Deserter=any soldier leaving his post with no intentions to return.( That's my own interpitation but it's close enough).
That has to be proven during a court marshal but they will
find him guilty of that much.
DOD=Hagel, an appointee in the most corrupt presidential administration ever. He parrots extremely well.
The administration did negotiate with the Taliban thru a third party. It's still negotiating for Christ sake.
Taliban=terrorist. They do not wear uniforms while engaged in battle and are in direct support of world wide terror. They export it!! I.E. Training camps before our arrival.

I think some people will be surprised when the military charges him with going AWOL or the more serious charge of desertion. I think it will happen. I couldn't care less about the circumstances of his release, but I damn sure want to see him held accountable for deserting during combat. I'm not so sure that I think he should be imprisoned, but if that's what it takes to prevent him from profiting from his desertion via books and movies, so be it.
