Obama Implicated in IRS Scandal
14145454_sThough were accustomed to believing Obama is lying to us, now there is undeniable proof POTUS will not give us the truth.
Judicial Watch has recently received new emails after filing a federal suit against the IRS that reveal just how far up the chain of command the targeting of conservative non-profits really went.
The emails confirm that not only was the IRSs vendetta to deny Conservative non-profits their 501(4)(c) status issued from the highest levels of IRS administration the Obama administration was aware, and lied about what was really going on the whole time.
As reported on Judicial Watchs website:
Judicial Watch today released a new batch of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents revealing that its handling of Tea Party applications was directed out of the agencys headquarters in Washington, DC. The documents also show extensive pressure on the IRS by Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) to shut down conservative-leaning tax-exempt organizations. The IRS emails by Lois Lerner detail her misleading explanations to investigators about the targeting of Tea Party organizations.
Lois Lerner, who has invoked her fifth amendment right to exempt herself from self-incrimination, is being held in contempt for refusing to testify before congress.
Lerner, who was the director of exemptions, was found by Judicial Watch in other recently released emails to be conspiring with the Department of Justice to make sure conservative groups didnt get the approvals they wanted.
Though Lerner was complicit in targeting these groups, its obvious Lerner had been receiving directives from people much higher up than her to carry out these instructions.
As Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said:
These new documents show that officials in the IRS headquarters were responsible for the illegal delays of Tea Party applications. It is disturbing to see Lois Lerner mislead the IRS internal investigators about her offices Tea Party targeting. These documents also confirm the unprecedented pressure from congressional Democrats to go after President Obamas political opponents. The IRS scandal has now ensnared Congress.
Now how does Obama fit into all of this?
Obama has been asked directly what he knew about the scandal.
He initially said that it was a few rogue agents in a Cincinnati office who were making things happen.
Then a few weeks later he said this:
I have now had the opportunity to review the Treasury Department watchdogs report on its investigation of IRS personnel who improperly targeted conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status. And the reports findings are intolerable and inexcusable. The federal government must conduct itself in a way thats worthy of the publics trust, and thats especially true for the IRS. The IRS must apply the law in a fair and impartial way, and its employees must act with utmost integrity. This report shows that some of its employees failed that test.
Ive directed Secretary Lew to hold those responsible for these failures accountable, and to make sure that each of the Inspector Generals recommendations are implemented quickly, so that such conduct never happens again. But regardless of how this conduct was allowed to take place, the bottom line is, it was wrong. Public service is a solemn privilege. I expect everyone who serves in the federal government to hold themselves to the highest ethical and moral standards. So do the American people. And as President, I intend to make sure our public servants live up to those standards every day.
But the new emails show that Obama was far more familiar with the scandal than he indicated when it broke last May. The implications on all levels are that even if Obama was not directly responsible, he knew about it, lied about it, and was at the very least collaborating with other lead Democrats to see that his political rivals were stopped.

Of course Obama directed the IRS from the beginning. Obama is channeling Hitler copying his tactics to include claiming to not know what is going on. Fools the gullible every time, but not all of us are so gullible.

Congressman Cummings who sat on the congressional investigation panel is up to his ears, involved in this and continued working to derail the investigation, in order to cover his expanded involvement. This is the same lying lib that told the press as he walked by tea party march......he was called racial slurs, n-word, spat on, and the liberal news ran wild, never ending broadcast of the assault on Cummings. But then video tape from street cameras came to light, showing Cummings and zero contact, no interaction at all from anyone, including the teaparty. Just goes to show how evil and contemptible the liberal party is.

You can add the liberal Carl Levin from Michigan to that list as well. Booth of them are up to their ears in this scandal and should be punished. Prison would be to kind for them.
