Before the 6th, Trump made a direct order for 10,000 National Guard. But the Speaker of the House had the authority to cancel the guard deployment.

Minimizing what happened on January 6 at the Capitol with "it will be debated for a long time" is dodging what the real question is:

If you say the "truth will never be known, especially if Republicans keep preventing an investigation", when it's Pelosi who cancelled Trump's order of 10,000 National Guardsmen days before the riot, then why are you blaming Trump for the riot when you should be blaming Pelosi for removing the protection that would have prevented the riot from starting in the first place?

And remember....Trump has been exonerated of the charges that he incited a riot. He was found not guilty...acquitted...the charges were dismissed. You can keep on shouting that he was impeached if it makes you feel better, but the fact remains that he was not convicted.

It's time you remember this, and move on...maybe turn your efforts into dealing with how your Cheater-in-Chief is ruining this country?

Cohorts??? You can say whatever you like about it - But our government does not work according to the rules of RascalRiley, it works according to the laws of our Constitution. Sometimes it works in favor of Democrats sometimes for Republicans. If you don't like how the Senate is constructed, there's nothing you can do about it. If you don't like the Senators who represent the state you live in, vote for someone else when their term is over.
