The very first principles of selecting pilots is their dedication to safety and their demonstrated skills in piloting. The color of their skin is of no importance at all. Five BOOs to United. Do not fly them if they persist in hiring pilots on the basis of their skin color, not their dedication to safety and piloting skills!

Well at least these people of color and minorities know how to make a good paper plane and toss it. I would expect more air disasters and the weight of the planes to increase exponentially. Have you seen some of these women of color and minorities lately.? Put 2 of them on a ship and they would sink it.
