When I was growing up my Dad liked German Shepherds. We had two that were biters and we ended up having to get rid of them. They were okay with family members, but you couldn't trust them with strangers. We eventually switched to another of my Dad's favorites, Basset Hounds.

Irish Wolfhounds are the best. They're huge gentle giants. They're great with kids and will protect them with their life. It's really sad that they don't live long. Usually about seven years, and they are prone to leukemia. But they are awesome dogs! If you can afford to feed them. They eat more I do.😒

Aren't they closely related to greyhounds ? Two of my neighbors adopted former racing greyhounds and they eventually got cancer. This generally involved having a limb amputated and then death within 2 years.
We had Basset Hounds. They are good dogs. Not extremely intelligent, but a lot of personality. Not generally biters, but if they do bite you in anger, it is far worse than a German Shepherd's bite because their head and jaws are massive for a small dog.
The one we had the longest had a bad habit of guarding food and balls and bones. If you tried to take them before she was done with them, you needed to be quick. Once I wasn't quick enough and she bit my foot. I thought she crushed it.

That's two, how many people does a dog have to attack, in DC, before it is classified as a vicious animal?
That would be it’s owner! A vicious animal! Dogs just copying him!

And the reason that Biden's Chinese economic model 21'st Century won't work is because in China Bankers and Plutocrats who do the wrong things are executed in the US their given benefits.
