I'll give you partial credit. We are a representative democracy. The only direct democracy we enjoy is directly voting for our representatives in Congress. We don't get to directly vote on legislation. Sovereignty may lie with the individual but that is not the definition of democracy. There are lots of countries that call themselves democracies in which sovereignty does not exist with the individual citizen. Communist countries call themselves democracies all the time.
How am I anti-Democracy?
What party am I entrenched in?
How am I anti-Democracy?
What bias am I blinded by?
Where did I declare half of Americans racist?
What word did I assert as being spelled only one way?
You can protest with your answer all you want but it doesn't change the facts, no matter how often you dispute them.

I missed this when I came back on yesterday. Let's back up to words, you've denied it as a coup because it was unsuccessful, when a coup can be a *failed*
coup attempt, examples shown here.
To put the failed coup leaders in front of a firing squad would secure the president's legacy as the strongman who crushed the army.

A similar text message sent on the night of the failed coup brought droves of people on to the streets to block the tanks.

He was serving five years for treason after a failed coup.

The failed coup attempt looks set to reshape Turkey's public sphere.

In July the head of the navy fled the country after a failed coup attempt.

Next how are you anti- democracy, in denying we are one, we are governed by the people, *we the People, By the people and for the people*,remember that? Therefore our strength, our sovereignty... is in the people.
. Clearly the right.
. Your party biases
The word spelling, as I said, it was an example that words can have more then one way to spell and define. I for one, when I think of a coup, I think of a well planned strategy to overthrow, I see a revolt more as an impulse of a mob. I saw the capital as a well thought out plan to bring that many people together from different places at that time, on that particular day.
