The Muslim in Chief has only open CONTEMPT for the United States Constitution and violates it every chance he gets. The real question is why is he permitted to do so? We the People must demand he OBEY THE LAW! Nobody else seems capable of holding him accountable.

That piece is very good reading and it seems that one more problem has jumped up in the face of I Won. I hope he fails to swing the Supreme Court's reasoning in some manner. We know how 4 of them will rule now and they will need one of the conservatives to go with them to get him out of this one.

He will get the one that has the most dirt in his background to use as leverage against him. With Soros and the mafia on your side I am sure he will find something.

I have to wonder if you are talking about the Roberts decision about Obamacare, here. I think that declaring that law a tax law was very shrewd since such a thing is a violation of the origination law in the Constitution. A tax law just can't originate in the Senate according to the Constitution.

Quite right oldroy but we need some congressmen with some testosterone in their vanes to do something about it don't we. Even though that may well have been his intent at the time someone forgot to tell him that we have a bunch of wusses in congress. For that reason the congress approval rating is at 12 I believe. If they had the balls to do something, anything beside looking like a bunch of bobblehead dolls jiggling their collective heads up and down looking like a bunch of insane jackasses maybe just maybe they could get their rating off of the floor and gain some respect. I really don't know how they can go home and face their constituents. Maybe Jay Carnival gives them all lessons on lying in his spare time.

What we need is for a few more lower court judges to stand up to I Won and his people. He didn't appoint all the justices in those courts and they will continue to rule against him. Eventually some of those cases will get into the Supreme Court and if that takes place soon enough (before he and his thugs do away with the Constitution) we will see the Court ruling against some of the unconstitutional activities by I Won and his thugs.

How long does out take you people to recognize that you are engaged in mutual masturbation? If the ACA were regarded as an unconstitutional tax -- one of the issues before the court -- the court wouldn't have ruled that the individual mandate was constitutional. Robert's holding does have some troublesome implications for the future, that isn't one of them.

How old does one need to be before he stops masturbating? Did you mean mental instead of mutual? :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Does thinking about sex, constitute mental masturbation?
Cause I'm not even breathing hard, yet.

I think the "fact" that he tries in every turn to "violate" the Constitution, is more than sufficient proof....!!!
We know he is a muslim, loading his cabinets with muslims, withholding American companies from starting using the Bakken reserve, drilling off shore for the rich shale deposits, ETC, ETC, ETC,....just so that we can keep paying HIS "King" of Arabia, 700 Billion per year, ...rather than use it for Americans, especially the WOUNDED WARRIORS PROJECT"..... :thumbup:
You must be sleeping not to be in the know about the few items mentioned of his hundreds of un-lawful moves ...

You are NUTS and should be institutionalized :
First I am a progressive democrat and proud of it . That’s Better Than The Low- Level- Shoe Polished – Mouth- Boot-Licking Lackey tea-party/Republican you stand for ;
Progressives want a better America not the same sick and perverted society your party has carved out ; Dems. don’t start wars and put the bill on the next administration like President Bush did .
We also don’t fly airplanes into buildings and kill 6,000 Americans and blame it on terrorist ;
Then you said some silly and uninformed things like :

• —I think you want to imply this link :
• http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Benghazi_attack
• What about it and what does that have to do with President Obama:

1. IRS Scandals :
2. Here is that link but the president again is clear and shows his tolerance for tax free organizations;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013_IRS_scandal

A. Fast and furious was president Bush administration policy.

B. http://articles.latimes.com/2011/mar/10/nation/la-na-mexico-guns-20110311-1

C. http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/atf-fast-furious-sg,0,3828090.storygallery

So where is your argument;
