The birth control pill is the next best thing, and it's not considered much of a sin really. The church doesn't do much to discourage it.

Well, of course he is. Gotta call some one a fanatic, right? But the people who want "pigs in a blanket fried, and we not it now" of course are not fanatics-they only want to kill police, right? And the destruction of businesses and property this summer-that was not the work of fanatics either, huh? But CHRISTIANS-well of course, they are. They are fanatics about fairness, caring for neighbors, forgiveness, and prayer-yup-gotta get rid of those fanatics, absolutely. It will not ever happen, but you go on trying. Christians have always been fair game, and no-that is not paranoia, that is fact of history, if you dare look at it. It is because Christians are not permanent residents here-we are passing through on our way Home.
