Does it surprise anyone that Biden wants to give this "gift" to them?

Canada has a lot of oil to sell. China will now go back to being the world's largest oil importer - they will pay top dollar for barrels of oil. Canada needs the revenue and jobs, and China wants the oil - a good match. That will also cause a collapse in US foreign policy with Canada. The Obama/Biden administration had disaster after disaster with foreign policies - looks like Biden will take us back to those dark ages.

The trucking and railroad industries will benefit, too, because that's how the oil will be transported in and around America now. Joe Biden claims to love infrastructure. His “Build Back Better” program commits to infrastructure programs which will achieve “net-zero” emissions. Know what has emissions? Trucks and trains. Know what doesn’t? Pipelines. It’s also a gift to our Russian adversaries: because who will benefit when America and Canada can’t bring the bulk of their fossil fuels to market? The competition: Russia will be thrilled to know their market share will increase thanks to our new Puppet-in-Chief's decision.

The 1,200 mile pipeline from Alberta, Canada to the US Gulf Coast carrying crude oil to be refined is a great infrastructure project. A State Department study commissioned during the Obama Administration (when Joe Biden was Vice President) determined the pipeline would create those 11,000 jobs and generate over $2 billion in wages for the people in Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The union members who supported Biden all throughout his campaign are now all out of their jobs. I wonder who they (and their families and friends) will vote for in the next election? Oh sure, there will be a few more jobs for truck drivers and railroad companies...but at what cost??

Meanwhile, Russia will be selling its natural gas to Europe (that they will obtain via their TWO Nord Stream pipelines from Germany to Vyborg and Ust-Luga), while America will join the other eunuchs of the Paris Climate Accord and keep China and Russia laughing at all of us.

Biden's energy plan is just the beginning of an agenda that will cripple the US on so many levels: job loss, cost of living increase, and lost opportunity for America to produce it's own energy supplies. It will hurt our critical allies in Canada and Europe. It will benefit our enemies Russia and China. And it will do absolutely nothing for the environment.

Great plan, Joe...Putin and Xi themselves couldn’t have crafted a better one.

Biden doesn't give a rip about Americans and our country....and this is just the beginning of Biden's "Dark Winter".

The biggest beneficiary will be the United States.
The extraction of this filthy disgusting pipeline carrying the filthiest oil on the earth. Should not be running across our soil.
We get nothing from it, we take all the risks of piping it and refining it. Being stuck with the terrible
bi products.
It should be left where it is and never burned.

And the trucks and trains should stop too - very bad for the air. And those thousands of people who lost their jobs and income should be glad they can now get their food, health care and housing from the government now (that YOU will be paying for), right? Meanwhile, what are we supposed to do for utilities while Biden tries to implement his "energy agenda" that will take thirty years to kick-start? Go back to burning trees?....or I guess we will have to rely on China and Russia to help us out. You probably think that's a good idea - but you're too ignorant to see what the cost will be for America.

You do not know what you speak of. I will give you a chance to use your googly powers and see for yourself.

1- he is right concerning who will benefit the most.... we lose, so it damn sure ain't us , it makes them both stronger, money does that.

2 - filthy and running across our soil?... tsk, tsk, tsk..... now googly the waste products from solar panel manufacturing. ( secret, dont tell anyone) I have been directly over 2, i said 2, solar panel factories, one in san Antonio on the Brooks base, go cubs can verify it is there, i completed in early 2015..... that is the most foul process, created waste so toxic it needs to be trucked off and buried, so damn bad the chemicals are stored outside, in double containment with one hell of an ansul system for when it goes, and we built a directional explosion containment cap... so when that part goes off, and they think the same obvious. ... all so it doesnt wipe out one side of San Antonio..... the water used in the process can never, ever be cleaned or returned to the environment. ... it is also trucked out and stored at a nuke waste facility until they figure out what ro do with it.... cart in front of the horse? All because some think we can make a ligt burn with the free sunshine.....hahahaha, foolish at best. People see a light bulb burning and go....alright, green energy, but have no clue how it finished into a shiny piece of glass..... fools. So we go all solar and then have billions of these highly toxic panels and waste from production... that like everything else, they will end up piled all over, thrown out, buried... yea.... all about the environment. The billions of batteries required are also insanely toxic, and the process.

Lets look ahead for once....

3- We get everyrhing form the biproducts, including the plastics and materials used in solar manufacturing.
What are you willing to live without? Your life is dependent on those byproducts. ... another chance to use that googly thing so you are informed, obviously right now you are not.
Sooooo, no biproducts..... no....solar panels for one no cars, no phones, no computers.... no plastic, , nylon, tons of makeup, medicine... your favorite. .. vaseline......... in short, there are over 6000 byproducts from oil and gas production.... and you cannot, and will not live without them.... you would be in the dark, no shelter and naked.... sound like fun? All so some fools can believe that green is cleaner than oil... it aint. ....googly it, i only scratched the surface.

4---- side note....Now, i do not care for fracking.... after building yet another Explosion containment thingy at one mud Facility, this so called mud is pumped into the hole to frack, break the rock down below for the gas pockets to be released... that was the short version.

While doing what i do..... i moved about the place and watched the process ( polite for F ing off) i watched as 127 different chemicals in this particular mud, they are all different and proprietary, and why you dont know whats in it... the word proprietary.

127 of the most notably toxic chemicals i have been around , minimum 5 on the hazmat, amd that bad.... so we mix these 127 together in proportions required, pumped into a mud hauler and injected into the ground.
I am no rocket scientist,.... but mixing 127 toxic ass chemicals into 1 substance in no way makes it any less toxic.

Fracking bad.... if you like, i can dig up the pics i took, without permission and show you the placards i speak of.... cofidentiality agreement expired couple years back...

Googly what i have mentioned and see for yourself.... as what you actually think, and have been told is absolutely wrong, it's a lie.

Enjoy the reading, get back to me after you research..... then stand behind your post, if you dare.

Have a good one.

The dirty oil, unusable in the US, would go right down to the Gulf and off to China. A!I construction jobs would be short term.

Without the byproducts alone, life would be log cabins, in the dark and naked.... and women, alot of makeup is derived form the byproducts.

Best part.... no stupid smart phones turning minds to mush.. ... oh my, what would people do then? Life would stop

Petroleum plays a huge part in building solar panels...and the waste from them is highly toxic, as WeeWilly points out so expertly in his post above. Electric cars need petroleum for their lithium batteries, which are also very toxic, and wind power uses it to build their turbines. This whole thing is such a big fat lie to Americans...all so Biden can favor China and Russia.

And people thought Trump was Putin's puppet!! Biden has two huge puppet masters, and it's going to get worse....way worse. They are going to milk Biden's administration for all it's worth - and then some.

It gets rifined, this dirty oil as you call it is squeezed from the oil sands...ya know.... nature.

This is not fracking. ... use your googly powers and look for yourself. ..... you will be your own source and eliminate me being called a liar.

Wrong, you have no knowledge of the industry, or the continued support required in these operations, lets not forget the reclamation

It is usable, it will be used in the market as you say..... and will become another poke in the eye to russia and Iran. This will keep oil prices down ( provided Biden doesnt do something stupid and relinquish our leadership in this industry) low prices will hurt Russia and Irans ability to expand their military.

There are those who know, there are those who can do...... the ones that can do neither.....teach, since it is nothing more than regurgitating information created by another and dictated by state curriculum..... and in short order will be replaced by an Ipad.

Have a great day kemmy, i am.

You mean a leaky pipe? Have you any idea what we roll down our tracks and in trucks across the US? I suggest you read those placards on the backs and sides of those trucks with the hazmat designation of the material they are hauling.

A pipe...Lol........ educate yourself and come back, little sense in discussing a topic you know little about.
