A key issue is whether the affidavit is filed in court, as most filed by the Trump team haven’t been. Beyond that, any false statements would need to be deemed to be “material” to the proceedings — i.e. relevant to the actual claims. And from there, any legal jeopardy would require that the statements made were knowingly false.

Also, four states violated the constitution by changing their voting laws by passing their legislatures. Those votes are then, illegal, and should not be counted. These states also allowed mail in ballots without addresses claiming that there were no addresses some how due to the pandemic. How stupid. Did the pandemic make them forget their addresses.

The only thing you can point to is that Bar said there is no evidence of "extensive" election fraud. That is true, The fraud in just these four, but significant states, is not extensive but it is enough to alter the entire election. That was the plan. Change just enough votes in the key purple states and there you have it.
