And the same onus is on you to prove that Hunter committed crimes that the usual rightwing propagandists have been claiming without any proof for the past 3 years. And don't forget the claims that bobulinsky, the alleged business partner made that are still unsubstantiated.

So far all the rightwingnuts have is 'allegations', and you need much more than that.

How about turning that around; Wait for the investigations in NYC and Durhams' before you claim that the Trumps committed crimes, until convicted, you have no basis for the charges.

Actually, it's more than allegations. They have the money trails. They know that about 1.5 billion dollars left China and was deposited to Hunter Biden's securities company on which he earns 3% commission annually; that is about 45 million dollars a year. They have traced millions from the Ukraine to Latvia to Iceland and then to Hunter Biden's business accounts (no one has seen the 5 billion loaned by the USA to Ukraine since it got to Kiev). They have the receipts for a 140,000 dollar shopping spree the Biden's went on in Kazakhstan, courtesy of the Kazakhstan government.

Then too, one of his business partners is in jail and a second one is on the way to jail. Do some research before you start spreading lies.
