Trump will continue to ‘be in the spotlight’ amid Biden’s presidency

Journalist Drew Holden says Donald Trump will continue to be in the spotlight over the next four years as there are a lot of people who have built their reputation on attacking the outgoing president.

Discussing how President-elect Joe Biden will be reported on over his presidency, Mr Holden told Sky News host Rita Panahi there “won’t be much interest and appetite in going after someone who most of the American media and plenty of the American public just think is a good guy”.

“I think that unfortunately one of the things that we’re going to see over the next four years is just as much focus as we’ve seen over the last four or five years on Donald Trump.

“He’s someone who obviously will continue to demand a lot of attention, he will continue to be in the spotlight.”

Mr Holden said there are a lot of reporters who have “made their beat, made their name, made their reputation” by attacking and asking questions against President Trump.

“I think that people aren’t going to be willing to pass that up.”

So what? You cons still target Obama and did so throughout Trump's presidency. It didn't seem to bother the Trump administration so why do you think talking about Trump will bother Biden?

Australia? I don't understand your point here. Look at how your attacks continued on Obama. Did it alter anything with Trump--other than he wanted to see more Obama attacks not less? And if Trump retires to his golf course there won't be much to talk about...that is, once he's tried for impeachment and he's gone bankrupt yet one more time. We'll get a giggle out of that but soon enough we'll move on about our business.

And I'm doing good. My wife dug up my old coin collection thinking it would be a good distraction for me and I've been busy buying up ETSY and eBay and trying to figure out how to convince her that spending 10 grand on a dime is a good investment. That one may be a bigger hurdle than I first imagined...

How do you impeach a non-sitting president who is already out of office, exactly? He isn't even subject to impeachment? You guys will believe anything on tv. You have been programmed. But feel free to chug along on your dead-end street. Maybe it's a cul de sac, hope you have room to turn around. For some reason, I doubt you can backup an 18-wheeler without hitting something. You should invest in common sense, it's extremely rare today. Especially, in the leftwing. Reminds me of buzzards, they just circle in one direction, unless the wind changes or they see something dead to eat.
