Not if Trump put us under martial law via the Insurrection Act. The inauguration can simply be voided if massive cheating is confirmed (for all intents and purposes, it already has been proven). That would mean Trump won the election and would still be President the lawful President.

When has any cheating been proven ? If what you say or wish would happen .Nancy Pelosi would be your president ,read your constitution. If it didn't happen and trump was installed ,you would be under a dictorship , you would have Marshall law ,guns would be confiscated, bank accounts would be wiped out.The dictor and a few of his minions would have all your money,and you could get by best way you could.And just think in trumps mind he kindly thought he had a change to do this.
