29 states have criminal statutes outlawing private militias. The laws have been tested in the Supreme Court dating back to 1886. We can use existing laws to prosecute militia members for felonies! If convicted they forfeit their right to possess firearms for life. This is a quick way to destroy the domestic terrorism movement.
