Of course it is not enforceable, but it would be justified. The ones in the hospital now who are in denial are taking up beds from people who will potentially need one in the future. Hospital stays are lengthy. Many would not have it if they'd just have worn a mask.
So if you don't believe you're going to catch it and refuse to wear a mask, that should come with a commitment to not take up a bed or oxygen when you do come down with the virus.
