If they are breaking windows and trying to force their way into the building, then he was thinking that he needed to do whatever it takes to keep them out, at least that is what I would have thought. One round per person attempting to enter through that broken window, that should cut down the numbers some. I wouldn't have felt the least bit guilty, if they were that crazed that they were going to those lengths to gain entry to a building they were not authorized to enter, then they ARE a threat to the safety of those within the building, lethal force IS called for in the case of protecting the safety of the law abiding persons that are within the building lawfully.

I am glad to see we have found something we agree on. Perhaps over time, we will find more common ground upon which we can agree.
