This was the statement issued by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) late Friday, after a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit he and others filed against Vice President Mike Pence.

Can anyone tell me if any election fraud lawsuit brought by anyone, has actually been heard by a court, with evidence actually presented for any court to rule upon? The answer I believe is a definitive "NO".

Which brings up the the real issue of the legal process and the rule of law in this country. 70 million plus voters believe that there is ample evidence of voter fraud, and NO Court wants to hear the evidence.

Friends, we have a situation that is reaching the boiling point. Many people are waiting, and hoping that the legal process will resolve this issue peacefully. We are still waiting!

Now compound this by 53 and this is the reason that Trump lost all but one very minor case about where one can stand when viewing the handling of the ballots. Imagine, you have an absolute disaster that everyone is laughing at, and she's the best you have to put on the stand! That's the state of the case Rudy was arguing. And I know not a single one of you can see this--all you can see are conspiracies in every court all across the country! From Nevada, to Arizona, to Wisconsin, to Michigan, to Pennsylvania, and ending in Georgia. Oh, and I left out the Pennsylvania appeals court and the United States Supreme Court! Your argument is that every one of them is corrupted by the Deep State, ruled by E-vile liberals, which somehow we were able to coordinate between all of these courts in order to squelch the rulings for Donald J Trump. Not my job to prove it isn't true, it is you people that believe that it IS true that have the burden of proof. Those bringing a law suit have the burden of proving that their accusations are true, it is not the respondent's burden to prove they are false. What? Do you think that in a criminal proceeding that it is the defendant's job to prove they are innocent? For being the "law and order" party, you people know nothing of our legal system or our constitution. You asked for proof and I gave you one example. You dismissed it out of hand as false. Since the burden of proof falls to the accuser, that makes ME the defendant. If you KNOW that the video I posted was false, then prove it because many believe it to be true with good reason.
Since you choose to take an insulting stance, then so will I.
You are oblivious to the rule of law and like any other liberal, want to rewrite the law to suite your immediate needs. Just like Pelosi said Trump had to prove his innocence, you want me to prove my evidence. That's not how it works. I DON'T HAVE to prove it's true, YOU have to prove it's false.

For one, this would be a civil matter, not criminal. Two, YOU are the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
Three, I advise you to never represent yourself in a court of law, because you don't know law!
