Am I to assume that has nothing to do with the virus, but their politics.
Actually Chicago had an order saying anyone coming from states with over a certain rate of positive virus test had to self quarantine. At one point I believe it was from well over 45 states. Never could figure out how they could enforce it with open borders. And even our own citizens driving up to Milwaukee for a day to visit relatives. Especially when you consider that the tests for positivity have false positive rates of well over fifty percent and also false negative rates over fifty percent. Looney Tunes, or as Porky Pig would say, "That's all folks".
