Your right, the government shouldn't hoard all that money. It should be spent where it will do the most good. It should be used to pay our national debt and given back to the American citizens. We give more money to foreign nations, most of them hostile to us, then any other country. Of the 193 member nations in the United Nations, the United States pays 22% of the budget. The United States also gives more in foreign aid than any other country.

Why what? If it is giving money in foreign aid to countries around the world, it is because we are a kind and generous country. On top of all the government foreign aid, we could also add in the money and material aid private citizens and charitable organizations give around the world. If it is giving the money to American citizens, it was their money to begin with.

She can put a bill on the floor that might do that, and that bill might pass the house.
But then it goes to the Senate where it may or may not be even put on the floor for discussion or a vote, and nothing in the last four years has gotten to the floor of the Senate without Mitch McConnell's OK.
And if a bill like that does make it to the floor, and does get passed, then it goes on to your wonderful Trump to either sign or veto.
So in order for Pelosi to give money to any foreign country, or to anything really, the GOP led senate would have to agree with the bill and pass it and then your lovely Trump would have to sign it.
