They still get taxpayer dollars. Unless a full audit is conducted no outside source knows exactly how the money is spent. I must tell you all what ore dogs think of Democrats. A friend send me several articles from a pro Democrat newspaper. After reading a little of the comments in it I put it down and it ended up on the floor. Two of the Mastiffs walked over to it, sniffed it and immediately lifted their legs and urinated on it. I have to agree with their comments,
