Every time any "donation" such as that is placed in a bill, the Congressman, or Congressmen who first suggested it should be named, even written into the bill, and that information should be made public ... especially in his/her district. Let's let EVERYONE know where THEIR representative thinks their tax money would be best spent. Simply slipping it into a bill, like so much of the rest of the "pork" going to special interest groups and causes both domestic and foreign as though it just sort of "appeared" as part of the deal, should not be allowed. Name names. If they're so proud of their input and think this is so important, then they should be happy to make everyone aware of their part in it.
