SCOTUS, as with any and all judges/justices at various levels throughout the judicial system, they are held to fairly high standards and they should at all times do their level best to meet those standards and I would assume the majority do a fair job of living up to that very obligation. The reason that pat riot thinks otherwise is that he NEEDS to think that way in order to justify his continued support of Trump even with the mountains of mounting evidence of Trump's buffoonery, incompetence, refusal to adhere to the constitution of the United States and his refusal to honor his oath of office. Of course the RW fringe media that makes up for most, if not all, of pat riot's intake of current affairs have been spinning the facts and just plain outright lying to their audience in support of Trump, as I am sure is evidenced in the video pat riot posted in his reply to me that I will not be watching, I have little tolerance for RW nut job commentary so I don't watch any of it. To be fair, I also tend to not be too into watching LW opinion commentators either.


As trying to prove that the justices HAVE been doing their jobs the way in which they are meant to be done is essentially the same thing as trying to prove a negative, that there was no impropriety, I will not bother posting links to prove/disprove anything of this one.

What Trump did as a private citizen has no bearing on what he did as President. Most of the lawsuits you attribute to Trump regarding the election were filed by other parties. You will claim they were all part of the Trump team of course. What about the hundreds of lawyers the Democrats sent around the country filing over 300 cases to change voting rules and election laws. The Pennsylvania SC clearly broke Pennsylvania law when they ruled to allow unsolicited mail-in ballots with three extra days to receive them, changing the rules of the game without allowing the electorate to vote on these changes as required by law.

Your problem is that you have such disdain for Trump, the Republican Party, and Conservatives that you lump them all together as right-wingers. Most of your discursive diatribes are disparaging, rude, and contemptuous of anyone with a different opinion than yours so that you invite disrespect from others. If so, I need not bother with your video, I saw quite enough of the drunken, delusional, quite possibly paranoid schizophrenic mental patient that even Rudy was trying to get to tone down her rhetoric and THAT is saying something, Rudy himself is unhinged and proud to prove it with every appearance on T.V., radio or in print. Yeah, if that is the "witness" of which you speak, the only one they seem to have, you aren't going to sway anybody with that one.

If you wish to sway people to your side, you should present ACTUAL evidence, you know, that thing Trump, Trump's legal team, his supporters and all his enablers can't seem to present, that thing.
