Why Isn’t Black on White Attack a Racial Hate Crime?

Whenever a black person attacks a white person, it’s just normal violence. Every time a white person attacks a black person, it’s quickly labeled as a racial hate crime. Black activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson flock to the location like flies to a pile of dog poop, screaming racism and hate crime.

Case in point is an attack that took place in Mableton, Georgia early last Sunday morning around 1am. Joshua Heath Chellew, 36, pulled into a gas station to fill up his car. Four black teenage members of a gang approached Chellew, asked him a question and then starting hitting and kicking him. The attack drove Chellew towards the busy street when the attackers shoved him into the road and the path of an oncoming car. The driver of the car was unable to stop in time. Chellew was struck by the car and killed.

The attack was random and senseless as there is no connection between Chellew and his attackers. Three of the four black teenagers have been arrested and the fourth one turned himself over to police. They have been charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Act. The four black teens were identified as Jekari Strozier (19); Antonio Pass (18); Johnathan Anthony (18); and Kemonta Bonds (18), all from Marbleton.

What I want to know is why the four blacks have not been charged with a racial hate crime for attacking and killing a white man? If roles were reversed and it was four white teens attacking and killing a black man, they would all be facing hate crime charges in addition to the other chargers. Perhaps it’s time for some white activists to start hollering racism and hate crimes when something like this happens. They want equality, so why not give it to them!

Progressive whites are more racists than they accuse their contemporaries of being, hell they're more racist than the KKK could ever hope to be.

The way progressive whites manipulate the minorities to follow them lockstep into the progressive agenda are synonymous to a modern variation of the Nazis. Only they're not here to promote a master race but an agenda of the most sinister expression. Only this time they’re not seeking to put Jews out of business but white males who 'cling to their guns and their bibles' or even minorities who don’t fall in line…

Progressivism is form of communism by stealth. This is true, but I'm beginning to believe the moment their agenda starts to take hold it can easily go into metamorphosis of fascism that goes beyond what Benito Mussolini could ever hope for. (To be historically accurate)

It is part of that double standard the progressives have instilled on our society and it does not help you have state-ran hate media like MSNBC fueling the racial paranoia.

Really? It is bullcrap like that causing the senseless voilence like the OP stated above. It's like they want to start a "race war."

I agree with Fernando. Whites in general are not easily suckered to be used as political cudgels. Not saying minorities are stupid but they easily fall prey to progressive tactics.

When we were little kids our parents sent us to our rooms until we could behave. Maybe we should the respective welfare recipients back to their respective countries until they realize what they have here. I would also like to through in the Muslims while were at it as well. Every once in awhile the body gets sick and has to purge itself. Maybe it's time for the US to purge itself as well. Then we can go back and change laws to vote one must own property or be working to vote. People receiving handouts tend to vote for more handouts and don't consider those that work and support them.

Let me just say this. I'm a southern white male and I ain't apologizing for any of it. The progressives can stuff it.

Regardless what kind of administration we have or how much we try to "better society" with affrimitive actions or any other form of heavy handed government overreach racism is going to be a cronic issue like anywhere else in the world and not just America.

What? You don't think there's racism in Europe? Or Asia?

Racism is not an American issue, it is a human issue altogether. These progressives who capitalize on racism here just to stay in power are in a dire need of a head examination and a swift boot up the ass. And not in that particular order either.

But this doube standard crap has got to go. Worst still you have certian people who feed off this. There is no bottom to the pit of depravity progressives possess.

My thoughts completely. Muslim killed 13 whites, injured many more black and whit service personnel @ fort Hood and no hate crime by Holder Obama was quiet as a mouse. But then, he is a mouse. Washington DC- last yr. two white reporters were beaten up by a black mob. Not even their employer would report it; cops laid off the case. It's like Bill O'reilly says:Liberal newspapers and all liberal media make their money by injecting racism and unrest in the general population. They even commit fraud on the public to spin the racism message to the under informed, under educated, brain dead liberals. The idiots eat it up.
