This is really nothing as there are other vaccines coming along and I am sure Biden is more than capable of making up for all of Trump's shortcomings. Trump's only claim to fame is this vaccine so, while Trump has no concern for the American people, I don' thing there was a purposeful intent to harm; just the intellectual shortcomings of someone who had no qualifications to be president in the first place,
