We get temps taken several times weekly. Not even the mailman can come in. Only employees.

My mother-in-law is 91 and in the same situation in Ohio. It's been hard on her, but their facility had a rash of Covid related deaths early on but since the lockdown they have been doing incredibly well. But the sooner you all can get vaccinated the better for sure.

I get the same problem with my ObamaPhone Android if I don't watch it like a hawk, but at least I can hook up to my family's internet now and I don't have to keep buying more data. I now live with my brother and my sister-in-law in Nebraska. We got a fresh Christmas tree last week and my brother lined the front walk leading up to the front porch with giant light-up candy canes. He's in the process of looking for a Nativity scene, too. Most of our relatives live in Arkansas now, so I guess it'll just be the three of us for Christmas, but it sure beats the h_ll out of spending the holidays by staring at the four walls of that overpriced closet which I lived in while I was in Sacramento, California.
After I was settled here, I learned something rather interesting. The reason why my brother and my sister-in-law decided to come for me rather than wait for me to ship my belongings to them and then take a train to Adams County was because of the nightmares they were having about me being in some kind of danger. As a matter of fact, the building where I was living has been slowly but steadily splitting down the middle ever since we started getting tremors around 2011. During the last few months that I lived there, I could feel the vibrations while lying in bed and the hallway bathrooms at the front of the building can't be used because the plumbing is being ripped apart. I believe that it's only a matter of time before that hotel collapses, so I've been warning my friends to get out of there ASAP and never mind about waiting for the place to be condemned so they can collect move-out money. After all, it's a tad difficult to collect that money if you're crushed to death underneath that building!

I have to disagree withthat, both have broken rules. Prime example as per McConnell the people should vote in the new judges close to a election. That was used as a reason for not voting on the judge of last adminstrations choice. What happened this time? it wasn't the dems who pushed it through.
As far as the Constitution is concerned it should be done at the time of need.

BTW, there are about 40 of us here. Rules are somewhat relaxed. We now get to have lunch and supper in the dining room with 1 person at a table and wearing masks. Previously we were served in our cell oops, I meant apartment.
