It's almost funny the way a small piece of baseless innuendo constitutes ironclad evidence if it's directed at Trump, yet a preponderance of solid evidence against any Democrat is relegated to the realm of "conspiracy theory."

You've completely lost touch with reality.

Really? Trump needs to turn Pennsylvania and a minimum of two other states. He has an outside shot at Penn but all the other states their legislatures have voted and approved their electoral college vote. And all that is left is for that vote to be made and that will come December 14th followed by the swearing-in on January 20th.

The mistake you conservatives made is that you think all republican legislatures are corrupt so can be coerced to do the will of the president. That is turning out not to be the case and with the exception of Pennsylvania, which hasn't finalized their electoral college vote, all the other states have which means that when the electoral college votes Trump will be well short of being able to declare a victory.

So you guys can continue to pretend that what is...isn't. But it's all over but the crying and I have a feeling when that starts it's going to be quite a while before you cons will be able to stops...

Everyone with a modicum of intelligence and common sense knows that it's a farce.

Do you mean the preponderance of evidence that even judges that Trump appointed say are a pile of bullshit? And exactly what baseless innuendo has been made--that Trump has yet to present any factual evidence to prove that what he says is true? Well, every court that Trump's so-called evidence has been presented has thrown it out so wouldn't that mean that it was crap?

Snip>>Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani has previously indicated he intends to bring this suit to the Supreme Court. And campaign attorney Jenna Ellis confirmed this is their intention in a Twitter post Friday.

“The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud,” Ellis said, in a perplexing reference to the three Republican-appointed judges. “We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature.”

Still, the unceremonious, unanimous rejection of the case by a panel of GOP appointees suggests the case may get a chilly reception from the Supreme Court, since justices often look to dissenting opinions from their ideological peers as fodder for interest at the high court.

Much of the appeals court panel’s ruling read like a rebuke of Giuliani for the Trump campaign’s legal tactics. Bibas repeatedly emphasized that Giuliani and the campaign never actually alleged voter fraud in this suit, despite their heated public rhetoric.

I do hope that any appearance in the Supreme Court by Rudy Giuliani, that it is televised. Imagine that lunatic, in front of all those judges, bouncing from one conspiracy theory to another--leaving it all dangling, there being not enough allegations (LIES) to draw together into any one conclusion.

I really can't wait!

When you do a recount and the alleged illegal votes are included, as they were in the original count, you come up with the same results. Trump wants the illegal votes tossed. This is what the lawsuits are about. If Biden were taking these actions, I would have the same position. We need to wait until all legal avenues have been exhausted. That way there would be no doubt as to the election's integrity.

This has yet to finish running its course. You can blather and cherry pick all you want now, but I'm done talking to a bunch of snivelling lefty walls about it.

We'll see what happens in two weeks.

So hang the evidence, or lack thereof, all we need is (a tiny bit of) intelligence and common sense and, waala (sp), 'it's a farce'!

Actually, those who seem to think it is true are people who seem to lack intelligence and common sense and are manipulated by those who feed them bits and pieces of what they already think is true. You conservatives have run around calling Democrats cheaters for decades. All Trump did was feed this preset belief with his version of Democrat cheating and fraud and the lie of MASSIVE fraud and cheating was born.

But make no mistake, I am not calling you stupid or that you lack intelligence only that you refuse to use your intelligence and instead, rely on a preset belief system that can be altered only slowly, bit by bit, tiny piece by tiny piece.

A bit of projection don't you think Seth. And yes, we will see what happens in two weeks...

All of these ballots had an accompanying paper trail so if there was any tampering it would be there for all to see. So far Rudy and his 'agents' have yet to prove that a single ballot was tampered with, flipped, or altered in any way.

It's fine to have accusations but when you have no proof to go with them then you have nothing. And if Biden was taking this action, and when given the opportunity was able to show nothing, we would tell him to hang it up and move on...not manufacture more false evidence and claim that was true. Cris Krebs said this was the most secure election ever. Krebs was hired by Trump! He's not a liberal plant but a man that Trump handpicked and by every indication was superlative in doing his job.

What I would tell you conservatives is to hang it up. When your own people tell you there was no cheating and when given the opportunity you have been unable to present any evidence that will stand up in court then you have no place to go. Stop blaming Democrats for all your ills. Hang it up and move on...
