Hi there. Thanksgiving was great! Even the gravy turned out perfectly!

Sent the main portion of the turkey and stuffing and stuff up to my country cousins... remember little Benny? Birthday boy, couple weeks back! His mom is scheduled for an emergency (?) hysterectomy in about two weeks and hasn't been able to shop and cook and I was stuck with an 18 pound bird for a two person household.
