I believe we all agree on that. If Biden (May God forbid) is in, we can expect such insane appointments to an enlarged Supreme Court.

I have little. doubt but what this act of insanity would be one of Biden's top priorities. I certainly agree, Obama has done more than enough damage to this nation--let him just stay home in his mansion on Martha's Vineyard.

He was a low level reflector given the position to satisfiy some pols. He never tried to fit in with faculty and they showed no interest in wanting him around. He showed through 8 years of being president that he didn't understand the Constitution.

He would fail massively, trying to converse on an equal level with Justices for more knowledgeable about the law then he ever was or would be. Amy would eat him for lunch. All he could ever do is argue for what he wants it to be, not what the Constitution says it can be. His clerks would educate him.
