IMHO: The article linked has more smoke in it than a burning pile of wet leaves. A computer program can do whatever the programmer writes in software for it to do, and can be easily hacked and changed. That is why paper ballots that are hand counted by qualified people and securely stored until all counting is complete, verified, and all discrepancies cleared is far superior to any mechanical or computer system. KISS is the better way to conduct an election, Keep It Simple, Stupid. Use Paper and People! The democrats are masters of confusion, even better than Houdini, so KISS! Avoid Smoke and Mirrors. Computers are "magic" to most people, therefore most people are easily confused or misled by them.

It's not the votes that controls who wins an election, it is who counts the votes that controls who wins the election!! Is an "honest" election a thing of the past?

If the democrats are so certain their count is correct, they wouldn't make such a secrecy issue of the counting procedures and allow cleared republicans, independents, or even cleared public observers to fully observe the counting. That is why the Wizard of Oz hid behind the curtain, he was performing "magic" tricks to form an illusion. I'm not interested in an "illusion" of who won the election, I want to see the guts in action that prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. The democrats have been cheating for many decades, and they are cheating now; the only difference is that "Hi Tech" equipment enhances their ability to play their shell game. This election is NOT a game, and should not be treated as one.

Smartmatic is another big US player.

Dominion History: Dominion, founded by Canadian John Poulos in 2000, is now owned by Staple Street Capital LLC, says Bloomberg. Writes Forbes, “In 2009, Diebold Election Systems was sold to its competitor, ES&S, and in 2010 selling to Dominion Voting Systems” gaining “all intellectual property, software, firmware, and hardware.” Dominion and Smartmatic contracted for 2010 and 2013 Philippines elections where claims of malfunction and fraud abounded. In 2016, seventy-one million voters in 1,635 jurisdictions used Dominion, also tied to the Clinton Foundation, and a $2.25 million project together. Robert Mueller’s firm Wilmer Hale was their agent in 2004. Dominion outsources components to China “...down to the chip component level.”
