No it wasn't. But it did mention that in the US some want to ban "selective abortion for Downs syndrome".

It's totally idiotic to short babies simply because of birth defects such as Down's Syndrome!! They function in the world a WHOLE LOT BETTER in the world than people give them credit for! Get this: my ex-husband and I got lost in Petaluma because we weren't familiar with the public transportation in that area and there's no telling how long we would've been lost if it hadn't been for a group of people with Down's Syndrome who taught us how to interpret the bus schedules!
