Good question. They can cross that bridge if he comes to it. I don't see that happening. Trump has greater respect for due process, rule of law, and the peaceful transition of power than the left would have you believe.

Nothing is stopping him from beginning the transition and assembling his team for when he takes office. Once he is confirmed as the President-Elect he will have access to security briefings and such. Most of Biden's complaining is to gain sympathy like a spoiled rotten child and shift the narrative away from the actual election results. By the way, Biden is doing exactly the same thing that they tried to pin on General Flynn, and on a much grander scale. The Logan Act (which has never been successfully used and is probably unconstitutional.)
