Tom, I would argue that OUR troubles begin on Jan 20, 2021. Have you looked at the Democrat platform and what biden proposes to do? Of course biden is not going to have any kind of say in what is going to happen. We all know that. Democrats, enlighten yourselves.

His legal troubles are what he's been running from since the beginning of his presidency. He might be able to squirm his way out of federal problems, but he won't escape the states' legal scrutiny. Now, where are those tax returns ???

Correct - - his legal troubles have nothing to do with the left, other than the left is his opposing party. He had indulged himself in enough illegal behavior before he even campaigned. But in his narcissistic, delusional life philosophy, it seems he thought that he"d assume the presidency & everything would be whitewashed. But it didn't quite work out that way. He exposed himself in ways where he may not have been scrutinized had he not run for office and been elected. The essence of his megalomania in action: thinking he could install enough protectors to allow him to outrun his prior & current shenanigans.

I know Biden will work to strengthen Obama care and he will raise tax rates for the wealthiest citizens . Reagonomics never worked and never will. The pandemic will be handled by experts instead of a denier super spreader. We might see some racial justice but that depends on the American people not a thing a president can do about peoples mindsets other than point them in a direction. We know what direction trump pointed. I know there are people who want absolutely zero rules and regulations getting in the way of exploiting and destroying for profit. They loved trump. January 20 will be the day the Dictator is removed and Democracy is restored.
