Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen told all 50 Secretary of States to have verifiable ballots for the 2020 presidential election.

Nielson said "“All state and local election officials are to make certain that by the 2020 presidential election, every American votes on a verifiable and auditable ballot"

DHS allowed states to use a number of methods whether it was watermarks or threads specifically embedded in the paper.

Of course none of these ballot safeguards can be deployed until a state officially calls an election for a certain candidate.

Texas and Florida and other Red States were able to monitor elections in a timely manner yet Demolitionist
strongholds still have their count rooms boarded up...

I'm thinking once an investigation get started a lot of folks are going to jail. The Trump may have trumped
the criminal ballot counters.
