This is a horror story. An American citizen jailed over a tasteless joke, on the complaint of a foreign national. Texas is getting a rep. Look at what they did to Jesus Diaz, a Border Patrol Agent with a spotless record. Texas used to be synonymous with freedom. Now it seems they should change the State Motto to "Sieg Heil," or maybe "Guilty until proven innocent." What a crock. There should be a DA in jail for this travesty.

Did anyone contact the reporting woman to see if she was mentally functional, i.e. not "messed" up in the head. Same goes for whoever locked the young guy up.

It isn't just for facebook posts. Look at this list. The armed thugs we sometimes refer to as policemen will arrest anyone for any stupid thing. Even those dangerous 5 year olds.
