FYI, no President can order states voting rolls to be "expunged". That is a states responsibility. However, there is a conservative organization named Judicial Watch that has sued several states and counties forcing them to purge their voting rolls of dead and other ineligible voters, LA county had approximately 1.5 million ineligible on their rolls. Judicial Watch threatened to sue and LA county entered into a court order agreement to voluntarily purge their rolls. That agreement was entered into in December 2019 and they still haven't completed the purge but they have started. Judicial Watch has done the same in N.C., KY, California and I think Iowa. It's not perfect but at least it's something!

If you say so, as I said, I am not a psychic and that is why I tend to NOT speculate on such risky gambles as betting on people taking such risks to try to sway an election especially since it won't work anyways. The problem IS, they only START to expunge them. Then when noone is looking, they drop it. The Libs are not going to lose their ONLY advantage in any Election. To get them to FINISH expunging the rolls the Judicial Watch would have to stay on them 24/7!! And probably have to SUE them SEVERAL TIMES to get them completely expunged. I am reading a book by Tom Fitton, President of J.W.,about how the J.W. has to SUE the LIBS to get them to COMPLY with ANY "LAW". When they are ordered to turn over ANY documents, they drag their feet and J.W. has to take them to Court to GET IT!! They are ALL only ploys to COVER THEIR BUTTS, because they are as CORRUPT as ANYBODY ever has been!!

One thing, if this Election puts Biden in office, I think WE the PEOPLE SHOULD PROTEST as LONG AND AS HARD AS WE CAN!! With ALL of the TENS OF THOUSANDS that attended ALL of Trump's rallies, and only a handful at ANY of Bidens, there is NO WAY Biden can win without MAJOR FRAUD!! And WE the PEOPLE should NOT STAND for IT!!!

Gov. Gavin Newsom overstepped his executive authority when he issued an executive order in June specifying how counties should carry out a mostly vote-by-mail election, a Sutter County judge said in a preliminary decision on Monday.

The ruling will not affect the 2020 election, although it invalidates the election process executive order.

Judge Sarah Heckman wrote Newsom exceeded his authority and violated the separation of powers between the three branches of government when he issued Executive Order N-67-20 directing county election officials to take certain steps leading up to the general election. Newsom’s order cited the coronavirus outbreak as an emergency that warranted additional election protocol.

His order specified how many polling places and ballot drop boxes counties must have. An earlier executive order, N-64-20, required counties to send mail ballots to all registered voters.

Shortly after he issued the election orders, the Legislature passed two bills that effectively put his directives into law.

Republican Assemblymen James Gallagher of Yuba City and Kevin Kiley of Rocklin filed the lawsuit, contesting Newsom’s use of his powers.

The governor does not have the power or authority to assume the Legislature’s role of creating legislative policy and enactments,” Heckman wrote in her opinion.

The court also prohibited Newsom from further exercising any power under the act which amends, alters or changes existing statutory law, or makes new statutory law or legislative policy.

The president doesn’t have to order states to do it they are required by federal law to do it! Congress in other words...They know of the issue and do nothing about it... Accomplice to the fraudulent activities taking place because they fail to do what they’re supposed to do to ensure our vote is our vote!! I’d rather argue over impeachment proceedings against President Trump only to find out that was a coup set up by them!

This is another of many examples of why the founders didn't envision anyone making politics into a career field. I can't get into the minds of people long gone, but I believe that had they been given a glimpse into the modern political situation, they would have written term limits for the House and Senate into the Constitution.
