No it is not. It is only proof that kelly is a snake in the grass and is very good at making others believe otherwise when he wants something bad enough. And he wanted to try to damage/destroy PRESIDENT TRUMP, so he deceptively presented himself as a supporter who wanted to help. You simply want to make it into something negative about PRESIDENT TRUMP and so that is what you do.
kelly is simply a very good liar. Kinda like when slow joe goes out and lies his ass off to the American people and tries to get voters to buy a pig in a poke instead of answering the real hard questions with the truth about what he (or his handlers) intend to do if he is elected.
