Democrats are accusing Republicans of abusing their power to confirm a Supreme Court Justice they are afraid might help overturn the ACA when they abused their power to push through ACA without giving Republicans a chance to comment on it, offer amendments or even read it. Get it?

It’s going to be fine, within a few years we will have a single payer system like the rest of the civilized world and prices will drop while outcomes will improve.

Exactly right. Not to mention it was deliberately done late at night to avoid republican interference in the 'democratic' process.

Yeah. Right. Because governments have such a great record of efficiency and doing what is right for the citizens. Such as providing benefits for illegal aliens, but paid for by citizens. Such as performing medical experiments on black soldiers. Such as bankrupting Social Security by taking the money and making it available for Congress to spend. Such as bankrupting the Post Office by Congress mandating silly and unsustainable benefits to the employees. Such as pricing drugs sold in America at multiple times the prices the exact same medicines are sold in other countries. Such as organizing trade deals so that critical products are made and supplied by countries that want to overrun and rule America. Such as rerouting BILLONS of dollars targeted to maintain and improve the dikes and levies protecting New Orleans from those projects and into social programs, leaving the city to be devastated by Katrina.
THESE are the people you want to give exclusive power to determine your healthcare.
No thank you.

The only thing I got there is how profoundly ignorant this belief of yours is...do you know how many months was eaten up by procedural hearings and chance for republicans to weigh in with their ideas and modifications, how many times republicans asked for time to "work" on this only to further eat up the clock on the period this had to be moved on? Several promises made by republicans in good faith were broken, to where democrats were getting pissed off that the administration kept getting suckered into more promises. Compromises were made in the good faith that the authors would support the bill, and when the vote came they did not support it so it went through in an adulterated manner.
Every stage of modifications underwent CBO and GAO audits and financial impact reports, something republicans refuse to do with anything they try to jam through such as tax cuts. This time gives the public a chance to understand the costs and benefits and weigh in, gives people a chance to voice support or objections to their elected representatives, something republicans have solidly proved they do not want americans to have.
The ACA gets overturned or modified by legislation, not biased courts.
You apparently have no grasp of the relationship between the house and senate making laws and the courts enforcing them, not making or changing the laws the legislative branch makes. You want a law changed such as abortion you elect those whoi will try to make the laws.

Total BS spin plus courts exist to stop legislatures from passing unconstitutional laws.it is called checks and balances. Abortion came about through the SCOTUS and not by legislation so it can be changed the same way.

Abortion came about as a result of the courts deciding that it was a personal constitutional freedom to make your own choices, not god's.
Anyone overturning roe v wade does so because of their personal religious beliefs, not what the constitution says.

The court invented a right that is not in the constitution. If overturned it will be based on protecting a life. At least 38 states make it a crime to kill the unborn child through a criminal act. If it is a life then it is a life if the mother kills it.

As usual you don't know what your talking about.

Nonsense. Roe vs Wade needs to be overturned because it is scientifically and biologically MURDER of a human being. Simple as that. Religion might be a factor in some peoples belief that killing an innocent child is wrong, but any decent, intelligent, and HUMANE person knows this to be true.

Republicans WERE given a chance to comment on it, it was THEY who walked away from the table, so it was passed with dem votes only. Can you think of any recent legislation passed by repub votes only? Yeah, that's right.......................dems weren't even invited to the table.

I sure got it. The Republicans can’t possibly top Democrats in nasty. The tune goes on and on.
