Why would he? After the last debate he got a significant bump in the polls, and twice as many people thought he won the debate as thought Trump did. Why miss a chance to call a clown a clown, and to tell a blowhard to shut up?

Of course, they have a moderator who worked for Biden as an intern. What? There are over 300 million people available and that can't find one individual who is neutral like Cronkite, or David Brinkey or Chet Huntley, or Tim Russert who was liberal all of them had "journalistic integrity" which has been swept aside by partisanship on steroids (extreme) Their philosophy ~ Don Lemon can lie though his teeth, but say "ends justify the means" so.... Biden does that on a regular basis (ie Trump not disavowing white supremacy) Trump has disavowed so many times it's not funny anymore, but Biden will keep lying about it.

Now here's the questions will trump observe the suggested quarantine period into at least two negative tests, and why would any sane person expose themselves to people who are so oblivious to covid quarantines and distancing. Then there is absolutely zero chances trump can be trusted to actually test negative.
It will not hurt Biden one bit to refuse to engage with this fool...he needs to keep himself safe so he can take over running the country, that is more important than trying to debate with a loser.

All he has to do is something that makes sense and I will not criticize it...just one thing, is that so hard?
I don't care how he's feeling right now, he has a quarantine period to undergo, and I can't imagine him doing it let alone right. Everyone who was in contact with one of these people who have gotten it should be self quarantining for 14 days. Good luck on that.
