No and no. Grand juries are traditionally secret.

For years Blacks have been denied justice by white juries. The racial makeup of juries is important and should be public along with their findings.

Why? How about retaliation? What happens when these people, doing their civic duty, becomes targets for upholding the law? Their finding, with necessary redactions, should be made available so people can understand how the jury came to their decisions.

Eventually. Let us straighten this first, provide ample reasons and correct justifications on behalf of the Jurors.
Events:
Breana Taylor 's boyfriend was caught selling potent drugs.
Police Officers tried to get him, he drove away with his girlfriend Breana.
Boyfriend shot the police officers while chasing them. Police exchanged fire.
Breana and Boyfriend have joined bank accounts where the proceeds of drug money sales were deposited.
Breana Taylor is an accomplish with her boyfriend in the drug dealing business.
She was with him while boyfriend was caught with drug business.
Shooting on Breana was accidental cause she was in the car with her boyfriend.

Jurors decisions acquitting the police officers were correct and justified.
The Att. Gen.'s decision as well favoring the Juror's decision was correct.
The Atty. Gen. was correct as well the fact he is black. He did a great smart decision for that.

But despite of that the blacks rioted, caused anarchy, burned the city, and establishments, looted and stole so many valuables.

They shot 2 Police Officers after committing several crimes. Who in the right mind could justify that? We cannot run a city or a country like this.

Conclusion: There must be LAW AND ORDER, and all those who commit crimes must be arrested. Lock them up to lessen those criminals from the streets.

Got to go, am in a hurry, have an appointment.

There is just as good a chance they would be threatened and afraid of retaliation if they indicted cops. Think if you were responsible for having three cops put in prison. The rest of the police would know who you were where you live and what you drove.

No on the first question, however, the method used to select and seat GJ's should be examined.

No on the second question, since the DOJ is examining the case the public doesn't need to know.

No. There are lines we refuse to cross and 99.9 percent of cops will turn on those who cross the line. And furthermore, if you honestly believe that cops retaliate, the more reason not to release information on jurors.

Above all, people should clearly understand Grand Jury's function. "The function of a grand jury is to accuse persons who may be guilty of a crime, but the institution is also a shield against unfounded and oppressive prosecution. It is a means for lay citizens, representative of the community, to participate in the administration of justice."

And:

"What happens during the grand jury proceedings?

During grand jury proceedings, a prosecutor presents an accusation and supporting evidence to the grand jury. The grand jury then decides whether or not the prosecutor can proceed with a criminal trial."

So, all these rioters or paid anarchists or just protesters all think it is the police making decisions about whether crime is committed. When really, it is a group of laymen/neighbors to the area, making the decision on if a crime is committed and if it should be sent to trial.

Anyone thinking a Grand Jury is phoney, better hope they do not become a subject.

Just mouthing off again with a poor opinion with no basis in fact. 1. Jury's are a mix of your peers. Thus every attempt is made to match local demographics. Take a look at OJ's trial Jury mix. A great example of imbalance in mix of local peers. https://famous-trials.com/simpson/1989-jurypage
