I suspect that's how literally thousands of people, Republicans, independents, as well as cross-over democrats, who are voting for Trump have felt for years. Does one need a hunting license to hunt RINO? Those ineffectual hacks for the democrat party need to be voted out. I suspect Romney is going to lose his bid for re-election, and that's a very good thing.
